The mechanical circulating hot water heating system takes the water pump as the circulating power, which is not limited by the position of the boiler room and the radius of the system, and the flow velocity in the pipe is larger than that in the natural circulation system. Now, the vast majority of civil buildings are widely used. The system is a closed circulating hot water network, which is a complex hydraulic system. The pressure head of the circulating pump is completely consumed in overcoming the system resistance. It is very important that the heat medium flow should be distributed to standby users, risers or radiators according to the calculated load. If it is handled well, it will be easy to adjust when the system is running. If it is not handled properly, - it will become a congenital defect of the hydraulic imbalance of the system, and various heating phenomena will occur.
Secondly, in the hot water heating system, air is the most harmful factor. When there is air accumulation in the pipeline, the normal circulation of hot water is often affected, resulting in some parts not hot. It has been proved by practice that correct load calculation and equipment selection are prior to heating design
It's a good idea. However, the key to ensure the normal operation of the hot water heating system is to arrange a balanced system and effectively remove air.
There are several ways to realize static non unidirectional flow level 5 and dynamic non unidirectional flow level 7 in stage area. &(1) dual system air supply mode
When there is a big difference between the dynamic and static ventilation times, two systems can be set up according to the dynamic and static conditions
Under dynamic ventilation rate, one system operates with fresh air and return air, and air conditioning equipment is installed in the system.
Under the static ventilation rate, the other system also operates, only indoor self circulation. The air change rate is selected according to static air change rate and dynamic air change rate. There is no air conditioning equipment in the system.
There are few tuyeres in dynamic state and more in static state.
Single system air supply mode
The system and tuyere are designed according to the static ventilation rate. Through frequency conversion, the air volume is reduced in dynamic state.
Single system air supply with self purifier
① The cabinet type self purifier is installed in the corridor behind the wall panel, with air supply on the upper side and return air at the lower side on the same side, as shown in Fig. 7-20.
② The cabinet type self purifier is installed indoors, as shown in Fig. 7-21.
③ Any self purifier should be placed indoors according to possible location.
